Bank
Every payment, in its place.
Connect your bank and Netto books every payment: matched to its invoice or receipt, with the right category and VAT. You only look at what Netto can’t place.
Today from your bank
Every payment matched
A client pays and the invoice closes. You pay a supplier and the receipt is linked. Paying the Belastingdienst? It goes to that quarter’s VAT, not to your costs.
Tell it once
Is a payee private, or only partly business, like your phone? Answer once and Netto remembers it for every payment after.
Missing receipts, found
Netto asks for the receipt behind a purchase and links it as soon as it arrives by email, WhatsApp or the app. Until then, no VAT is reclaimed on it.
Your bank, or a statement
Connect through your bank’s own secure login. Netto can only read your transactions, never move money. Rather not connect? Upload a statement (MT940 or CAMT.053).
How it works
- 1Connect your bank
Log in with your own bank; Netto gets read-only access.
- 2Netto books every payment
Matched to invoices and receipts, with category and VAT.
- 3You check the few it asks about
Business or private, a missing receipt, and that’s it.
Questions, answered.
Can Netto move my money?+
No. Bank access is read-only, through a European licensed provider: Netto sees your balance and your transactions, and can never make a payment.
Which banks can I connect?+
The Dutch banks freelancers use, like ING, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, bunq, Revolut and Knab, and many banks elsewhere in Europe. If yours isn’t there, upload a statement instead.
I use my business account for private things too. Is that a problem?+
No. Mark a payment as private and it stays out of your costs and your VAT. For mixed costs, give the business share once and Netto remembers it.
What about refunds?+
Pick the purchase the refund belongs to, and its cost and VAT are corrected.
