Your VAT return, done as you go.

- Sorted as it happens
Every invoice, receipt and bank payment lands in the right box of the return, the day it comes in.
- The tricky parts too
VAT on services to and from other EU countries is reverse charged and put in its own box.
- Ready when the quarter closes
Open any box to see what is in it, check the total, and file.
Every box, filled as you go
Sales at 21% go to 1a, a client in Belgium to 3b, your costs to 5b. You never sort anything by hand, and you can open any box to see what is in it.
The EU rules, handled
Clients and suppliers in other EU countries get reverse charge: the right line on your invoice, the right boxes on your return, and the ICP figures ready alongside it.
Checked before you file
Before a quarter is ready, Netto looks for what would change it: receipts still missing, bank lines not yet matched, VAT numbers that don’t check out in VIES.
Filing in minutes
Netto gives you the figures box by box, in the order of the Belastingdienst’s form. Copy them into Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk, pay, and mark the quarter as filed. Filing straight from Netto through Digipoort is coming soon.
How it works
- 1Connect your bank, send in receipts
Payments come in from your bank; receipts by photo, email or WhatsApp.
- 2Netto sorts every line into its box
With the right rate and the EU rules, the day it comes in.
- 3Check and file when the quarter closes
You get a reminder about two weeks before the deadline.

Questions, answered.
Does Netto file my VAT return?+
Not yet. Netto prepares the return box by box, and you file it yourself in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk with the figures Netto gives you. Filing straight from Netto through Digipoort is coming soon.
What about clients and suppliers in other EU countries?+
Netto applies reverse charge. Sales to EU businesses go to box 3b, with the figures for the ICP declaration ready. Services you buy from EU suppliers go to box 4b, and that VAT is reclaimed in 5b in the same return.
Can I use Netto under the KOR?+
Yes. Turn on the KOR in your settings and Netto sends your invoices without VAT and with the exemption line, and warns you before you reach the €20,000 limit.
What if I’ve lost a receipt?+
You can say so on the expense. The cost stays in your books, but the VAT on it is not reclaimed, because VAT can only be reclaimed with an invoice.
When is my VAT return due?+
At the end of the month after each quarter: 30 April, 31 July, 31 October and 31 January. Netto reminds you about two weeks before.
