Your plan and billing
The free trial, the Free plan and the paid plans, and how to choose, change or cancel a plan and update how you pay.
The free trial
A new account starts with a free trial on the Starter plan: every Starter feature, and no card needed. When the trial ends and you haven't chosen a plan, you move to the Free plan. Your data and your invoicing stay; the paid features, such as a live bank connection, stop.
The plans
- Free: the basics, with monthly limits, for as long as you like.
- Starter and Pro: paid plans, with more room and more features, monthly or yearly.
Go to Settings → Plan and billing and press Choose a plan to see what each plan includes and what it costs. Prices are without 21% VAT. You get an invoice for every payment, so you can get that VAT back on your own VAT return.
Going over a limit doesn't stop anything: receipts are still saved and bank lines still come in. They wait for you to handle them by hand until the next month, or until you move to a plan with more room.
Choose or change a plan
- Go to Settings → Plan and billing and press Choose a plan (or Change plan).
- Pick monthly or yearly, and the plan.
- You pay through Mollie, for example with iDEAL or a card. Later payments are collected automatically.
Netto plans are for businesses registered in the Netherlands, so add your KvK number and business address under Settings → Business details first.
A bigger plan starts straight away; you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A smaller plan, or monthly instead of yearly, starts at the end of the period you've paid for.
Payment failed?
If a payment doesn't go through, you get an email, and Settings → Plan and billing says Payment failed. Your plan stays on for a while as Netto tries again. Press Update payment method to fix it.
To use another card or account, press Change payment method. Mollie charges one cent to check it, and refunds it.
Cancel
Press Cancel plan. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then you move to Free. Your data stays, and you can download it at any time. Changed your mind before then? Press Keep my plan.
The phone app doesn't sell plans. Choose or change your plan on the website.
